England’s opposition controller has chosen to develop its examination concerning Amazon.com’s acquisition of a stake in online nourishment conveyance bunch Deliveroo, a move that could defer the conclusion of the arrangement. The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), which propelled a test in June, on Friday moved to “Stage 2” of the examination as both Amazon and Deliveroo didn’t offer solutions for its interests before a December 18 cutoff time, the controller said.
